New Jersey Good Care Collaborative Launches With Focus On Care Coordination
In February 2014, the New Jersey Good Care Collaborative (GCC) launched, consisting of coalition of provider organizations and advocates from across New Jersey focused on influencing the state's Medicaid policies toward implementation of financing and service delivery models that improve care coordination and the quality of care. The GCC steering committee members include the Camden Coalition of Healthcare Providers, Trenton Health Team, Greater Newark Healthcare Coalition, AARP NJ, NJ Healthcare Quality Institute, PICO NJ, and New Jersey Policy Perspective. PICO NJ received a grant from Atlantic Philanthropies to fund the GCC efforts.
The GCC intends to focus on policy . . .
