Legislative Task Force Recommends Michigan Adopt Performance-Based Child Welfare Funding Model Based On Case Rates
On February 24, 2014, the Michigan Child Welfare Performance-Based Funding Task Force released its recommendations to the legislature proposing that the state implement a performance-based model based on case rates to fund children’s services across a continuum of care.
