Memorandum Of Understanding: Colorado Demonstration To Integrate Care For Medicare-Medicaid Enrollees

On February 28, 2014, the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) and the State of Colorado released a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) regarding a federal-state partnership to test a Managed Fee-for-Service (MFFS) financial alignment model for Medicare-Medicaid Enrollees. The Colorado Department of Health Care Policy and Financing is to implement the Colorado Demonstration to Integrate Care for Medicare-Medicaid enrollees.
