In September 2012, Tennessee's Bureau of TennCare released a guide detailing policies and procedures related to determining nursing facility level of care (LOC) by managed care entities serving TennCare CHOICES and PACE programs. The manual describes the change in policy for determining LOC implemented on July 1, 2012.
