Nursing Facility Level Of Care (LOC) Guide For TennCare CHOICES And PACE
In September 2012, Tennessee's Bureau of TennCare released a guide detailing policies and procedures related to determining nursing facility level of care (LOC) by managed care entities serving TennCare CHOICES and PACE programs.
