Los Angeles County Mental Health & Netsmart Launch Behavioral Health Information Management System

On February 24, 2014, the Los Angeles County Department of Mental Health (LACDMH) and Netsmart announced the launch of the county’s Integrated Behavioral Health Information System (IBHIS). IBHIS is a comprehensive behavioral health focused clinical, administrative, and financial information system through which LACDMH coordinates public behavioral health services for the county’s nearly 10 million residents.
