California’s San Diego County Seeks Client Liaison Services and Client-Operated Peer Support Services

The San Diego County Health and Human Services Agency (HHSA), Behavioral Health Services (BHS) released the request for proposals (RFP 6091) on August 13, 2013, with responses due by September 16, 2013. The solicitation was a re-procurement of two existing programs: client liaison services and client-operated peer support services. Proposers could bid on one or both services. The county anticipated that all program staff would have personal lived experience with mental illness and recovery.
