On April 22, 2013, the SAMHSA-HRSA Center for Integrated Health Solutions (CIHS) released a toolkit produced by the Integrated Behavioral Health Project (IBHP) and the California Mental Health Services Authority's (CalMHSA) Statewide Stigma and Discrimination Reduction Initiative.
