Georgia To Launch ASO For FFS Behavioral Health & Intellectual/Developmental Disability Services In 2015; RFP Released

As part of its Access and Quality Engineering Project, in 2015 the Georgia Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Disabilities (DBHDD) is planning to launch an administrative services organization (ASO)to administer the fee-for-service (FFS), integrated behavioral health and intellectual and developmental disability (I/DD) services system. The procurement was released on March 20, 2014, and proposals are due by May 29, 2014. The procurement timeline anticipates the award announcement by September 1, 2014, and the expected go-live date by April 1, 2015.
