Massachusetts To Launch $15 Million “Pay For Success” Grant Program For Adult Basic GED Education
On February 27, 2014, Massachusetts announced plans to use pay-for-success contracts to expand adult basic education services. This will represent the state’s third pay-for-success project; the others are a recently finalized young adult justice reentry project with Roca, Inc.; and a homelessness prevention project, which is still in negotiation.
