Women And Trauma: Trauma-Informed Approaches – Federal Activities And Initiatives

In September 2013, the Federal Partners Committee on Women and Trauma released a second report documenting the scope and impact of trauma on women and girls. The report documents progress that has been made and the collective impact of cross-agency collaboration. The Adverse Childhood Experience study (ACE study), in particular, has formed the basic framework for the Committee’s work.
