Arizona Child Welfare In-Home Services Program, List Of Contracted Provider Organizations

This document is a list of provider organizations that hold one or more regional contracts with the Arizona Division of Child Safety and Family Services (DCSFS) to provide an In-Home Services Program. The state has 17 In-Home Services Program contracts with nine provider organizations. The contracts started July 1, 2012, and run through March 31, 2015.
