Georgia Implementing Systemic Reforms To Support Transitions Of State Hospital Residents With Developmental Disabilities To Community
The Georgia Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Disabilities (DBHDD) is in the process of implementing multiple systemic reforms to expand community-based supports for state hospital residents with developmental disabilities who transition to community placements.
