On April 4, 2014, the Rehabilitation Research and Training Center on Effective Vocational Rehabilitation Service Delivery Practices (RRTC-EBP-VR)—two university centers established under a grant from the Department of Education, National Institute on Disability and Rehabilitation Research (NIDRR)—published a PowerPoint presentation on personal and environmental factors that support and encourage innovation and best practices that lead to employment outcomes in public rehabilitation.
