On May 1, 2014, the Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) released a request for proposals (RFP 539-15-0001) seeking a contractor to develop and implement a new care management program for residents of intermediate care facilities for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (ICF/IDD).
