CMS, Louisiana DHHS Meeting Minutes RE: State Plan Amendments 13-23, 13-25, And 13-28

On January 3, 2014, the Louisiana Department of Health and Hospitals (DHH) prepared and published a letter as a follow-up to a conference call held with the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) and Louisiana State University on State Plan Amendments (SPAs) 13-23, 13-25, and 13-28.
