On March 6, 2014, the Connecticut Department of Developmental Services responded to questions from the Connecticut Appropriations Health and Hospitals subcommittee on waiting lists. The Connecticut Department of Developmental Services (DDS) reported the level of need and estimated costs to serve people with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) on waiting lists for Community Residential Services.
