California State Auditor Report On Child Welfare Services: The County Child Welfare Services Agencies We Reviewed Must Provide Better Protection For Abused And Neglected Children

In this report released on April 15, 2014, the California State Auditor staff reviewed 40 child maltreatment referrals each at the child welfare services agencies in Butte, Orange, and San Francisco counties.
