San Bernardino County Awards $7.2 Million Crisis Walk-In Center Services Contract To Valley Star

On June 3, 2014, the San Bernardino County Department of Behavioral Health awarded Valley Star Children and Family Services, Inc. a three-year contract valued at $7.2 million to provide outpatient crisis intervention and stabilization mental health services in the High Desert Region of the county. The contract was scheduled to start July 1, 2014, and run through June 30, 2017, potentially followed by up to two additional one-year extension periods.
