Alabama Medicaid Emergency Psychiatric Demonstration Operational Manual

In March 2014, the Alabama Medicaid Agency released a revised operational manual for private IMDs (institutions of mental diseases) participating in the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) Medicaid Psychiatric Emergency Demonstration (MEPD) project. Alabama is one of ten states and the District of Columbia participating in the demonstration.
