Awareness & Ever Use of Electronic Cigarettes Among U.S. Adults, 2010–2011

The report, released by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, analyzes responses to the HealthStyles survey in 2010 and 2011 to determine consumer awareness of electronic cigarettes. The analysis presents awareness and use of electronic cigarettes by age, gender, race, and smoking status. The researchers found that awareness and use of the electronic devices has doubled, with the highest awareness and use among current smokers.
