Detroit-Wayne County Mental Health Authority Rebids Manager Of Comprehensive Provider Network Contracts

On June 30, 2014, the Detroit Wayne Mental Health Authority (DWMHA) released a request for proposals (RFP 2014-004) to rebid its contracts with organizations to act as Managers of a Comprehensive Provider Network (MCPN). The selected MCPN vendors will manage aspects of the DWMHA specialty prepaid inpatient health plan (PIHP) for Wayne County residents with mental illness (MI), substance use disorder (SUD), children with serious emotional disturbance (SED), or intellectual/developmental disabilities (IDD).
