Department of Veterans Affairs: Facility Wait Times (Data On 7/15/14)

On July 31, 2014, the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) released a bi-monthly report on VA medical center facility wait times. The report covers all VA medical centers and include wait times recorded for new and established patients for primary care, specialty care, and mental health care. For new patients, the VA reports the length of time that elapses between appointment creation and completion. For established patients, the VA reports the time between the AUD (agreed-upon-date) and the scheduled appointment.
