2014 Health LLC To Purchase Maryville Behavioral Health Hospital For $23 Million

On July 18, 2014, Illinois-based Maryville Academy announced it had signed a letter of intent with 2014 Health LLC to purchase the 125-bed Maryville Behavioral Health Hospital for $23 million. The purchaser, 2014 Health, LLC, is a new organization formed by US HealthVest, a national for-profit organization that operates psychiatric hospitals. The sale is scheduled to close September 30, 2014. The hospital will be rebranded as Chicago Behavioral Hospital.
