Detroit Bankruptcy Restructuring To Cancel Some Non-Profit Human Service Contracts

The bankruptcy restructuring plans released in May 2014 by the City of Detroit, Michigan call for the city to terminate certain vendor contracts, including some with non-profit human service provider organizations.
