As of August 2014, more than 90% of people who had enrolled in a Qualified Health Plan (QHP) through the Health Insurance Marketplace had paid premiums. At the end of May 2014, the federal Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) had reported that eight million people had enrolled in Marketplace plans.
