Feds Indict Three For Roles In $12 Million Virginia Addiction Treatment-Urinalysis Insurance Fraud Scheme
On September 23, 2014, a federal grand jury in Virginia indicted three individuals on health care fraud and kickback charges for fraudulent billing of $12 million related to opioid addiction treatment and urinalysis drug testing.
