The Success for All Foundation (SFAF) recently started a five-year contract valued at $1.8 million annually with Baltimore City Public Schools to provide a comprehensive literacy program for children in kindergarten through eighth-grade. The initial contract period started May 29, 2013, and runs through May 28, 2018. SFAF will serve 20 schools, and at each school will provide two classes (with 25 students each) for each grade from kindergarten through fifth grade. Reimbursement is for cost invoices.
