Texas Considers Redesign Elements In Foster Care Blended Rate Contracts
Following a cost analysis of the first two Texas Department of Family and Protective Services (DFPS) Single Source Continuum Contracts (SSCC) for regional foster care services, DFPS is considering a range of enhancements and clarifications to its initiative to pay blended case rates to the private organizations selected to manage services for the region.
