Texas Department of Family and Protective Services Third-Party Analysis of SSCC-Related Costs, Final Report

This report by Public Consulting Group (PCG) for the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services (DFPS) was released on September 30, 2014. DFPS asked PCG to review the start-up, implementation, and on-going costs related to the transfer of funds to the two Single Source Continuum Contract (SSCC) organizations that implemented the state's Foster Care Redesign in the first two regions.
