Maryland DHMH Office of Health Care Quality Review of Services for Medically Fragile Foster Care Youth
This report was released on October 15, 2014, by the Maryland Department of Health and Mental Hygiend (DHMH) Office of Health Care Quality (OHCQ). As part of an ongoing quality process, the OHCQ reviewed the recent regulatory history of four residential child care (RCC) facilities that between January 2011 and August 2014 had contracts with DHMH and the Maryland Department of Human Resources (DHR) to provide services to medically fragile foster care youth.
