In this document released October 14, 2014, a federal court judicial panel ruled to consolidate 22 lawsuits filed against Aetna health plans for non-payment of claims for intraoperative neuromonitoring services provided by Impulse Monitoring. The lawsuits were filed in 11 different states. The court agreed with Aetna that the issues in each lawsuit were similar enough that the complaints could be consolidated and handled as a group rather than individually . . .
