Transforming Clinical Practice Initiative Presentation About Support & Alignment Networks

On October 23, 2014, the federal Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) launched a new health care transformation initiative to help clinical professionals and hospitals move from volume-based to valued-based services. Through this initiative, CMS will provide up to $840 million over the next four years to support 150,000 clinical professionals in the development of comprehensive quality improvement strategies.
