New York Selects 54 Projects To Share $47 Million In Balancing Incentive Grants

On October 30, 2014, the New York Department of Health (DOH) selected 54 projects to share grants of $47.4 million from the Medicaid Balancing Incentives Payment (BIP) Program Innovation Fund to develop systematic improvements that address barriers encountered in providing community-based long-term services and supports (LTSS).

The projects were selected through a competitive application process, and as of November 25, 2014, the DOH was completing the contract execution process. The projects vary in scope, and the awards vary in size from $100,040 to $2.9 million; the full list of awards is posted in The OPEN . . .
