New York City Non-Profits Palladia & Services For The Underserved Merge To Create $180 Million Organization
On December 4, 2014, two New York City-based non-profit organizations, Services for the UnderServed, Inc. (SUS) and Palladia, Inc., officially merged to create a new entity with annual revenue projected to exceed $180 million. The merged entity will operate as SUS; Palladia’s current programs will be rebranded. Donna Colonna, chief executive officer (CEO) of SUS, will lead the combined organization, while Mark Hurwitz, former CEO of Palladia, will assume a new role as chief legal and strategy officer for SUS.
