ResCare Wins $4.7 Million ‘Works First’ Contract In Ohio

On September 23, 2014, Ohio’s Franklin County Department of Job and Family services awarded a three-year, $4.7 million contract to Arbor E&T, LLC, dba ResCare Workforce Services, to provide services and management of the major work activity requirements of the Ohio Works First Program. The contract term is from October 1, 2014 through September 30, 2017.
