Evaluation of Comprehensive Primary Care Initiative, First Annual Report
The report was released in January 2015 by co-principal investigators Erin Fries Taylor and Stacy Dale with Mathematica Policy Research, and Robert Reid with Group Health Research Institute. The authors evaluated outcomes for the Medicare Comprehensive Primary Care Initiative (CPC) in its first year from October 2012 through December 2013. During this period, the participating practices in Arkansas, Colorado, New Jersey, New York, Ohio/Kentucky, Oklahoma, and Oregon served more than 2.5 million patients.
