E.U. CommonWell Pilot Project to Focus on Telecare Health & Social Services

OPEN MINDS Weekly News Wire Disability Support The European Union’s CommonWell project aims to support independent living and improve the quality of life for older people and those with chronic health conditions by delivering integrated health and social services via telecare. A pilot project will include 400 individuals across four locations who will receive the integrated services for at least a year. The pilot will be evaluated and the results used to extend the model of care across Europe.
