OPEN MINDS On-Line News On March 1, 2008, the Cedars at the Jewish Center for the Aged (JCA), a skilled nursing facility, discontinued its EveryDay Counts adult day services program in the St. Louis, Missouri area; participants in the adult day program were invited to transfer to a similar program offered by the Jewish Community Center (JCC) in St. Louis. The move will enable the Cedars to focus on building its skilled nursing services at the 252-bed facility.
