Costs for Massachusetts’ Commonwealth Care Increasing

OPEN MINDS On-Line News Over the next three years, the State of Massachusetts’ subsidized health insurance program, Commonwealth Care, is expected to double in size and cost because the state underestimated the number of low and moderate-income residents lacking health insurance.
