OPEN MINDS Weekly News Wire Hot News On February 5, 2010, the Illinois Department of Healthcare and Family Services (HFS) released a request for proposals (RFP 22018541) seeking two managed care organizations (MCOs) for an Integrated Care Program (ICP) that provides integrated medical care services to approximately 40,000 seniors and adults with disabilities in suburban Cook, DuPage, Kane, Kankakee, and Will counties.
