Aetna Launches ‘SmartSource’ Individualized Health Information Service

OPEN MINDS On-Line News Strategic Health Care News On March 12, 2008, Aetna launched the rollout of Aetna SmartSource, a health information service that links member claims information with a search engine to help answer members’ questions about symptoms and treatments. The service is a partnership between Aetna and Healthline Networks; it has been tested by Aetna’s 35,000 employees.
