North Carolina Voc Rehab Services Seeks Comment on New Plan Update
OPEN MINDS Weekly News Wire Social Services On March 29, 2010, the North Carolina Division of Vocational Rehabilitation Services (DVR) announced plans to update the state plan for the delivery of vocational rehabilitation services. DVR seeks suggestions for how to eliminate barriers to participation of individuals with disabilities in the vocational rehabilitation program and the stateÂ’s supported employment program; an assessment of DVR program responsiveness in matching vocational rehabilitation services to its consumers; and suggestions for improving school transition services to individuals with disabilities DVR and the N.C.
