Merck agreed to link what CIGNA pays for oral anti-diabetes drugs Januvia and Janumet to how well patients with Type 2 diabetes are able to control their blood sugar regardless of what diabetes medications they are taking. Blood sugar control will be measured, based on AC1 lab values, which reveal average blood glucose control over a period of time . . .
