Former Haven Healthcare CEO Sentenced on Fraud Charges

OPEN MINDS Weekly News Wire Strategic Health Care News On April 20, 2010, United States District Judge Stefan R. Underhill sentenced Raymond Termini, former chief executive officer (CEO) of bankrupt Haven Healthcare, to one year and one day in prison and a $6,000 fine along with a $500,000 forfeit the government in money and real estate. Mr. Termini pleaded guilty on January 5, 2010, to one count of conspiracy to commit wire fraud and one count of monetary transaction in property derived from specified unlawful activity.
