Former Haven Healthcare CEO Sentenced on Fraud Charges

Underhill sentenced Raymond Termini, former chief executive officer (CEO) of bankrupt Haven Healthcare, to one year and one day in prison and a $6,000 fine along with a $500,000 forfeit the government in money and real estate.
