OPEN MINDS Weekly News Wire Strategic Health Care News On May 11, 2009, the Illinois Department of Healthcare and Family Services (HFS) said it had net savings of $104 million during fiscal year 2008, the second year of its Medicaid disease management program, Your Healthcare Plus™.
