HCFA Administrator Names Senior Advisors
OPEN MINDS On-Line News The Health Care Financing Administration (HCFA) appointed Mark E. Miller, Hugh Hill III, and Sean Tunis, M.D. to the HCFA staff on June 22, 2000. Mark E. Miller, Ph.D., a former official in the President's Office of Management and Budget (OMB), was appointed deputy director of HCFA's Center for Health Plans and Providers, which oversees HCFA's interactions with health care providers and managed health care organizations and develops the agency's purchasing strategies.
