West Virginia Picks APS as Medicaid Vendor in $7.2 Million Contract

OPEN MINDS On-Line News The West Virginia Department of Human Resources has selected APS (formerly known as American Psych Systems) as the State’s administrative vendor for utilization review, provider training, and quality improvement activities for behavioral health services under the state’s Medical Assistance program.
