Senior Care Industries to Acquire 55-Unit Development Site in Las Vegas
OPEN MINDS On-Line News Senior Care Industries, Inc., a diversified real estate development, marketing, and management company, has signed a binding letter of intent to acquire Flamingo 55, a 55-unit development site in Las Vegas, Nevada. Senior Care plans to begin development of Flamingo during the fourth quarter of 2000, and expects to complete the project in August of 2001.
