Insurers’ Claims Accuracy Rate at 80%

The highest accuracy rate—88%—was held by Coventry Health Care, Inc. The lowest accuracy rate—74%—was held by Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield. For comparison, Medicare’s accuracy rate was 96%.
