Internet-Based Sleep Therapy, SHUTi, Promising Intervention for Chronic Insomnia
OPEN MINDS Weekly News Wire Strategic Health Care News People with chronic insomnia who used an on-line program called Sleep Healthy Using the Internet, or SHUTi, for nine weeks, woke up fewer times and spent fewer minutes awake during the night than a control group that did not use the program. Six months after using the program, the SHUTi group continued to have improved sleep compared to before treatment.
